We offer an easy return policy, allowing returns within 3 days from the delivery date for most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request from this this Link. After 3 Days Returns will not be accepted for any of the reasons. Please note that refunds will only be issued for returned items.

Return

Return requests must be placed within 3 days of product delivery. After 3 days, our systems will not accept returns.

Please record a video while returning the package.
Return Pickup: After placing the return request, your package will be picked up within 72 hours (3 days).

Exchange

Exchange are only Available for Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sale.
If the product is damaged or defective, you can exchange it for the same product from here within 3 Days of delivery.

Refund

You will receive refunds once we receive the package in our warehouse and it passes the quality check.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days directly to your original payment method after your returned product passes our quality check.
Cash on Delivery (COD): You will receive a refund link within 4-5 business days after your returned product passes our quality check.

Cancellation

You can cancel the order only within 12 hours of placing it. Beyond that, cancellations will not be accepted.
For prepaid orders, refunds might take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account from the date of cancellation.

Color and Description Discrepancy

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors, there may still be minor variations due to lighting conditions during photography and display settings of various monitors.
